1. Acceptance of terms
By registering on SIZZN, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. These terms apply to all users including brands and influencers.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to use SIZZN
- Brands must be legitimate registered businesses with a valid GST number
- Influencers must have a minimum of 10,000 followers on at least one platform
- You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration
3. Platform rules
- All deals must be conducted through the SIZZN platform
- Circumventing the platform to avoid fees is strictly prohibited
- Users must not share contact details until a deal is accepted
- Fake followers, bots, or inflated metrics will result in immediate account suspension
- Harassment, abuse, or inappropriate communication is prohibited
4. Payments and fees
- SIZZN charges a platform fee of ₹99 per completed deal, paid by the brand
- Influencers receive 100% of the agreed deal amount with no deductions
- Payments are held in escrow and released only after the brand approves the deliverables
- Refunds are subject to our dispute resolution process
5. Content and deliverables
- Influencers are responsible for delivering the agreed content on time
- All content must comply with applicable advertising and disclosure laws (ASCI guidelines in India)
- Sponsored content must be clearly disclosed as #ad or #sponsored
- Brands may not use influencer content beyond the agreed scope without additional compensation
6. Dispute resolution
If a dispute arises between a brand and influencer, either party may raise a dispute through the platform. SIZZN will review the case and make a final decision within 7 business days. SIZZN's decision is binding.
7. Account termination
SIZZN reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or harms other users. Users may delete their own accounts at any time by contacting support.
8. Limitation of liability
SIZZN is a marketplace platform and is not responsible for the quality of content delivered, the performance of campaigns, or disputes between brands and influencers beyond what is covered by our dispute resolution process.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
